YOGA STYLE: Enjoy a beginner-friendly yoga flow with a high focus on back and neck stretches for pain reduction!
Before class, get in the flow with complimentary samples supplied by Canni. Consumption is entirely optional. BYO Welcome
Brooke, Canni’s store manager and nurse, will be onsite to answer questions and provide cannabis education.
ITINERARY:
7:30 pm arrival + Canni samples
8 pm Yoga starts!
After our social / consumption time, enjoy a super chill, smooth yoga flow. Class is cued in a multi-level format to suit all levels of yogi. Yes, beginners are welcome and encouraged! We will focus on stretches and techniques to release tension in the spine–shoulders, neck and back.
When yoga is complete, stay and mingle. Brooke will have exclusive, Curated offering of Canni products put together just for our crew!
Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
